1. Acceptance

By installing or using the Spin to Win app ("the App") from the Wix App Market, you ("Site Owner") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, uninstall the App and discontinue use.

2. Description of service

Spin to Win is a Wix app that displays a customisable prize wheel popup to website visitors. It collects visitor leads, generates discount coupons via the Wix Coupons API, and syncs contacts to Wix CRM. The App is provided by Tichoh ("we", "us").

3. Free and Pro plans

The App is available on a free plan with limited features and a Pro plan with full functionality. Plan details and pricing are displayed in the App settings panel and on the Wix App Market listing. We reserve the right to adjust plan features or pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Site owner responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Complying with applicable privacy laws (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) when collecting visitor data through the App.
• Informing your visitors that their data may be collected via the wheel form.
• Ensuring wheel prizes, coupon values, and campaign terms you configure are accurate and legally compliant.
• Not using the App for spam, deceptive promotions, or any unlawful purpose.

5. Visitor data and privacy

Lead data collected through wheel campaigns is stored on your behalf and governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your visitor data. You may export or delete it at any time from the App settings panel.

6. Wix platform dependency

The App operates within the Wix ecosystem and relies on Wix APIs (Coupons, CRM, OAuth). We are not responsible for disruptions caused by changes to Wix platform APIs or Wix service outages.

7. Intellectual property

All code, design, and content of the App are the property of Tichoh. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the App without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific business outcomes from wheel campaigns.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tichoh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including lost revenue from coupon campaigns or data loss.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App for material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Wix dashboard. Upon uninstall, your data is retained for 30 days and then deleted.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
